Plantation Homes Touts Limited Opportunities in Avalon Terrace
January 22, 2020
Plantation Homes’ successful building program in Avalon Terrace is coming to an end but a few move-in ready homes — including the builder’s model — are still available.
The model, located at 7608 Quiet Trace Lane, is the builder’s Chappel Hill floor plan. The 3,276-square-foot, two-story home features a gourmet kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, island workspace and butler’s pantry as well as a formal dining room, game room, media room and spacious master suite with bow windows.
“This is a tremendous opportunity for home buyers,” said Paul Blackburn, region president for McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc., (MHI), parent company of Plantation Homes. “Everyone fell in love with our model home when it opened, and now they have a chance to make it theirs.”
The model is one of three homes currently available in the boutique community located off of Sam Houston Tollway and Highway 288 in Pearland. The remaining two homes are single-story designs featuring island kitchens, casual dining areas with bow windows and well-appointed master suites.
Homes include Smart Home technology powered by the Control4 Platform including an Ecobee Smart Thermostat with Alexa voice control, a Kwikset front door lock, Echo Dot, smart light switches, smart garage door and a Ring video doorbell. All homes will come pre-wired for a wireless access point and feature a 30-inch Wi-Fi compatible component enclosure.
Residents of Avalon Terrace have access to a community swimming pool and a park offering little league soccer fields and walking trails. Children attend highly regarded Pearland ISD schools. For more information about Plantation Homes in Avalon Terrace click here!
