Plantation Homes Starts Presales In Tomball's Grove Landing

October 30, 2019

With the addition of its newest community — Grove Landing in Tomball — Plantation Homes is now selling in more than 20 Houston-area developments.

Plantation has 65 homesites in the community and is offering 10 floor plans designed for 50-foot properties. Pricing is from the $220,000s and homes range from 1,696 to 2,823 square feet.

“Grove Landing is a charming community with a laid-back lifestyle that also offers an enviable location near several main thoroughfares, ample shopping and entertainment,” said Paul Blackburn, region president for McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc. (MHI), parent company of Plantation Homes. “This is an ideal opportunity for buyers looking for a well-constructed home that is reasonably priced.”

A model home will begin construction soon. Plan 5403 will offer four bedrooms and three baths in a single-story, 2,491-square-foot floor plan. The model will feature a Texas-sized covered patio, as well as granite kitchen countertops and tile flooring in the kitchen, all bathrooms and utility room.

Located east of Highway 249 near FM 2978, Grove Landing also offers convenient access to the Grand Parkway and FM 2920. The Augusta Pines Golf Club and Willow Creek Golf Club are nearby, as are shopping, dining and entertainment in The Woodlands. Students attend Creekview Elementary, Creekside Park Junior High and Tomball High School in the Tomball Independent School District.

Earlier this year, Plantation Homes expanded into new sections in Aliana and Harvest Green in Richmond, Pomona in Manvel and The Meadows at Imperial Oaks in South Montgomery County. Plantation’s pricing ranges from the $190,000s to $500,000s.
