MHI Unveils Multiple DFW Models

November 8, 2019

McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc., (MHI) has been busy in the Dallas-Fort Worth region this year, opening five new models in recent months.

One of the most recently opened models is MHI’s Plantation Homes in Union Park in Aubrey. The San Juan floor plan, at 5008 Union Park Blvd. East, is one of Plantation’s offered designs in Union Park, including three bedrooms and two baths within 1,906 square feet. The model showcases such options as an 8-foot front door, Texas-sized patio and an upgraded master bath with a soaking tub and extended shower.

“We opted to showcase one of our single-story homes in this community to demonstrate that homes of all sizes can be showstoppers,” said Rudy Pospisil, MHI division president.

Plantation Homes offers nine designs in Union Park ranging from 1,821 to 3,095 square feet. Pricing is from the $270,000s.

The builder also selected a one-story home for its new model in Oak Point’s Wildridge community. The Natalia accommodates four bedrooms, a study, game room and optional multi-generational suite within 3,365 square feet. The model home, located at 9701 Rubicon Trail, features a number of popular options, Pospisil said, including a Texas-sized patio with a fireplace and kitchen, accordion doors from the family room to the patio and an additional powder room. Plantation’s 12 home designs in Wildridge are priced from the $420,000s and range from 2,594 to 4,125 square feet.

Plantation Homes also opened a model home in Pecan Square, a new community in Northlake. At 2583 square feet, the Magnolia design has three bedrooms, a media room and study all within a single story. The model, at 712 Redbrick Lane, showcases the home’s standard features with an optional fireplace and powder room added. The six plans in Pecan Square are priced from the $370,000s and range from 2,400 to 3,663 square feet.

Coventry Homes, also part of MHI’s family of builders, opened a model home recently in Edgestone at Legacy, located in Frisco. Design 4226 is the largest floor plan Coventry offers in Edgestone at Legacy, with 4,334 square feet, five bedrooms, 4.5 baths and a three-bay garage. The optional Texas-sized patio includes an outdoor fireplace and kitchen, both options for the home. The model is located at 4168 Hazelwood Ave. and offers information on Coventry’s 13 home designs in Edgestone at Legacy, which range from 2,540 to 4,305 square feet and are priced from the $560,000s.

Coventry Homes also opened a model in Merion at Midtown Park located at Walnut Hill and Central Expressway. Design 1811 offers three bedrooms and two baths in 1,827 square feet, with the model home featuring the optional wrapped kitchen island. The builder offers eight plans in Merion at Midtown Park priced from the $440,000s.

“In all, MHI builds in 26 Dallas-Fort Worth communities, offering a very diverse plan line-up to suit nearly every new homebuyer,” Pospisil said. “It’s been a very busy past few months, but we’re still not done. We will have models opening soon in several more local communities.”

Coventry Homes’ pricing begins in the $360,000s, while designs by Plantation Homes are priced from the $260,000s. More information can be found at www.coventryhomes.com and www.plantationhomes.com.
